Privacy Policy

1. Scope of this policy

This policy is written in accordance with Canadian privacy laws, including Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) and the federal PIPEDA. Personal data of individuals located in the European Union is processed in accordance with the GDPR.

2. Information we collect

• Browsing data: pages viewed, time on page, referring site, browser and device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
• Cookies and similar technologies: only when you allow them (see section 4).
• Form submissions: the answers you give in our estimate questionnaire (location, number of users, current systems, timeline, priorities and comments) and the contact details you enter (such as name, work email, company and phone).

3. Why we use it

• To reply to your request and prepare your NetSuite estimate and scope.
• To measure how this page performs and improve it.
• With your consent, to measure our advertising and show you relevant content.

4. Third-party tracking disclosures

For visitors in Canada, the European Union, the UK and Switzerland, the services below only run after you allow them. Elsewhere, including the United States, they are on by default and you can turn any of them off in Cookie settings. Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.

5. Your consent and how to withdraw it

If you visit from Canada, the European Union, the UK or Switzerland (or we cannot determine your country), tracking technologies that identify, locate or profile you are off by default and only turned on if you choose “Accept all” or switch them on in your cookie preferences. In other countries they are on by default. Wherever you are, you can withdraw or change your consent at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page; the change applies immediately.

We keep a record of the choice you made, when you made it and the version of the notice shown, so we can demonstrate your consent.

6. Where your information is processed

Some of our service providers (Google, HubSpot, Microsoft and ZoomInfo) may store or process your information outside Quebec and Canada, including in the United States. Before doing so we assess whether the information will receive adequate protection.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then securely destroy or anonymize it. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser until you change it or clear your browser data.

8. Your rights

• Access the personal information we hold about you and ask how it was collected.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Withdraw your consent, ask us to stop disseminating your information or to de-index it.
• Receive your information in a structured, commonly used technological format.
• File a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI) or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
